Before contacting us please read our FAQ's which answer most questions.

If you are checking to see if an event is going ahead call 07450 989831 to hear our latest updates or check our facebook page as it is updated during the day - alternatively sign up for our email updates, if we are cancelled we will do our best to update before people set out. We do not control the weather but do try and update people as soon as possible.

Rules

Anyone found breaking these rules may be asked to leave immediately.

  • All dogs to be kept on leads.
  • Follow all security/stewards instructions.
  • If you are selling power tools please ensure you have proof of ownership (only applies to sellers with multiple power tools).

The sale of the following items IS PROHIBITED.

  • Food or Drinks
  • Alcohol
  • Tobacco (including Vapes)
  • Knives
  • Firearms
  • Other weapons
  • Illegal items

All rubbish must be taken with you and disposed of responsibly. Anyone found to be fly tipping will be refused entry in future and reported.

Sellers

No need to book a pitch, just turn up on the day

Gates open: 7.00AM (please do not arrive earlier)

Gates close 1.00PM

Prices for sellers: Cars £10, Vans £15 and trailers are an additional £2

Sellers are requested to remain setup and selling until midday

 

Buyers

Early bird entry from 8.15 £2 per person 

Entry is £1 per person after 9am

 

Parking: There are two car parks next to the site and there is free overflow parking on the field after 8.30am.

 

Please listen to stewards instructions. They are there for your safety and to help in any way they can and to make your day a pleasant one!

Speak to a steward at the entrance if you have any enquiries, lost and found questions, lost children, complaints or anything else.
